Hoist a token.
Read the wind.
Every token here flies from one mast. It lifts along a bonding curve from a 25 SOL market cap, and when the curve has gathered 60 SOL it hits the ceiling: a Meteora DAMM v2 pool whose liquidity is tied down for good.

One mast. Same wind for all.
The observer put up one mast on Solana: a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve config. Whoever hoists on it gets the same curve, the same drag, the same ceiling. Nothing to set, nothing to negotiate.
Windsock field, observer. New mint, one billion units, six decimals. Mint and freeze authority: none. Cost from Windsock: zero. Solana rent only, about 0.02 SOL. Out.
Curve opens at 25 SOL market cap. Buys push it up, sells walk it back down the same curve. Nothing held back, nothing vested. Out.
1% drag on every swap. When the price gets rough, a gust of up to 0.2% rides on top, 1.2% at most. Split: Meteora 20, pilot 60, observer 20. Out.
Curve gathers 60 SOL. Pool migrates to Meteora DAMM v2 with that SOL and the reserved supply. Market cap at that moment: 250 SOL. Out.
DAMM v2 liquidity locked for good. 80% in the pilot's name, 20% in the observer's. Both claim the 1% pool fee. Neither can pull the liquidity. Out.

One observer, one wallet, written down
Windsock is run by one person. The wallet C7pGoL…vfMeDn is the fee claimer of the mast: it takes 20% of the drag on every lift and holds 20% of each tied-down LP. It cannot pull that LP. The same observer runs tendril.lol.
$WSCK is hoisted from a fresh pilot wallet that the observer funds. The pilot buys at most 0.2 SOL in the hoist transaction and may sell whenever it chooses. The mast cannot be changed once it is up; its address, the engine it runs on and every figure are on the mast page. Nothing on this site is a promise about price. Out.
